I am an experienced electrical and computer engineer with over thirty-one (31) years in industry (twenty-nine
(29) of which have been in Trinidad and Tobago’s sole electric utility), specializing in engineering and project
management, system reliability, and organizational performance. My career has spanned a range of leadership roles at the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC), including Chief Technical
Officer, Area Manager and Manager - Business Development & Administration, where I directed technical and operational teams to achieve strategic, safety, and service excellence goals. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for combining deep technical expertise with sound business acumen. I have led major initiatives in system modernization, risk management, asset optimization, and process improvement – all aimed at enhancing efficiency, reliability, and customer value. I am particularly passionate about improving clients’ ease of doing business from concept to implementation including designs, document preparation, liaison and handling.
 

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK), a Professional Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management (Distinction) from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies. I am also registered with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago.

My services also include making interactions between clients and utilities seamless and results-oriented through an approach which blends engineering insight with sound management principles, enabling clients’ businesses and business ventures to adapt, grow, and deliver sustainable value.
